Title: Barriers and facilitators of sport activities in adults with congenital physical disabilities: A Systematic Review Background: Globally, there are over a billion individuals with disabilities in the world. Those individuals may have one or more physical attributes affected by their condition, restricting their access to sports, fitness activities, and physical tasks related to work or household activities. The lack of exercise poses a significant public health concern and may hinder undisputed benefits for physical and psychological of individual well-being. Objectives: The main objective of this thesis was to systematically review available research sources on sport and physical activity participation among adults with congenital disabilities and to identify the barriers and facilitators for such individuals to participate in physical activities and para sport. Methods: Four databases - Medline, PubMed, ERIC and Sportsdiscus were searched using terms: exercise; para sport, training, physical activity, continuous exercise, and the range of congenital disabilities. Title: The effect of analytic and synthetic methods in patients with muscular dystrophy Objectives: Two main objectives are set in my thesis. The first objective is to summarize the theoretical knowledge concerning problems of muscular dystrophy, its classification, hereditary predispositions, diagnostic procedures, subsequent care and to present international grant projects, and the muscular dystrophy world organization and registry. The second objective is to assess the effect of the six months lasting physiotherapeutic intervention on the self-sufficiency and self-reliance of given probands - the individuals suffering from the muscular dystrophy at the age from 40 to 66 years, and to assess the extent of muscular shortening according to Janda in the experimental group Methods: This thesis is of an exploratory nature. It is an experimental study focused on the assessment of the effect of the physiotherapeutic intervention in the individuals suffering from the muscular dystrophy. Subjective and objective view on the importance of rehabilitation for individuals with physical disabilities

The main goal of diploma thesis Subjective and objective view on the importance of rehabilitation or individuals whit pgysical disabilities is to analyze rehabilitation meaning for the person with physical disabilities, specifically for a lady with muscular dystropgy from subjective and objective point of view. First chapters describe theoretical background of terminology, physical disability definition and characteristics, description of rehabilitation as whole and its elements. Following chapter focuses on research and case study. For the elaboration of the diploma thesis, were used analysis of professional literature, a qualitative research survey based on direct observation, interviews, anamnestic questionnaires and medical dokumentation analysis. The research revealed the importance of rehabilitation from a both objective and subjective point of view. Objective findings after intensive physioterapy during the rehabilitation stay were entirely consistent with the subjective feelings of the person who was the subject of the research.
